RULES & REGULATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP

Initially, only family members of deceased Doctor Muhammad Ameen can become voluntary members of” Ameen-e-Sehat”.
A non-family member can become a voluntary member of” Ameen-e-Sehat” on the recommendations of at least two family members.
Any member can surrender his / her membership anytime by submitting a written request.
Expiry date of membership would be 31st December of every year, and renewal thereof should be made within next fifteen days.
If membership does not get renewed within stipulated time, the member will be reminded through phone, text, e-mail and other ways of communication.
There will be an executive committe coprising of patron en chief, chief administerator, accounts and audit member, I.T. member and executive members. (minimum five members)

Every membership taken before 30th September will be subject to expiry on 31st December.
